5 min #8 – Lower Body

Welcome to our shorties – 5 min Workouts for your BUSY DAYS.

Today’s workout will be 5 min AMRAP with 3 different exercises. We will try to complete as many rounds or reps as we can inside 5 minutes.

For this workout you will need pair of Dumbbells, something to put your heels on (heavy book, yoga block, another dumbbells … ) and a bench. This workout is intense if you do 3 exercises back to back without a break. But do your best, even if you have to rest between your sets.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

1. Goblet Squats with Feet elevated 10x
2. Sumo squats 10x
3. Bulgarian Splits Squats 10/10x
