1 Apple
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
¼ cup Plant based milk (soy, almond, rice …)
3 dashes Cinnamon
1 dash Cardamom
1 tbsp Shredded coconut
Directions
- Slice the apple.
- In a saucepan add peanut butter and milk and mix it without a break on a low heat.
- Add sliced apple and mix it in. At the end toss it with a cinnamon, cardamom and shredded coconut.
Such a simple and delicious snack. It’s mouth watering <3
