Apple with Peanut Butter, Cinnamon & Cardamom

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple

  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • ¼ cup Plant based milk (soy, almond, rice …)

  • 3 dashes Cinnamon

  • 1 dash Cardamom

  • 1 tbsp Shredded coconut

Directions

  • Slice the apple.
  • In a saucepan add peanut butter and milk and mix it without a break on a low heat.
  • Add sliced apple and mix it in. At the end toss it with a cinnamon, cardamom and shredded coconut.

    Such a simple and delicious snack. It’s mouth watering <3
