- Back Lunge alt. 20x
- Push Ups + T-rotation 10x alt.
- Scissors Abs 10x + Toe Touch Abs (1x) x3 sets
- side Lunges alt. 20x
- Biceps Curls 10x
- Reptiles 10x

Glede na to da sem na dopustu in sem seboj vzela samo gumico in kettlebell 8kg in podlogo sem danes uporabila to vajo, vendar sem 2 vaji z rockami spremenila po svoje.. ??
