Beginner – Full Body Strength #5
This is full body time challenge workout for beginners. For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and a power band/resistance band. We have 7 different exercises and we will do 2 rounds in total. There is also buy-in and buy-out exercise, which you do in the beginning of the workout and at the end. At the end there is also included a cool down.

BUY-IN: Mountain Climbers 50x
- Bridge One Leg Lifts 20/20x
- Power Band Walks 20x
- Star Crunch 10x alternating
- (Hammer Curl + Shoulder Press) 10x
- (Deadlift to Lunge Back) 8/8x
- Ski Abs 10x
- Russian Twists 20x
