Beginner – Full Body Strength #5

This is full body time challenge workout for beginners. For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and a power band/resistance band. We have 7 different exercises and we will do 2 rounds in total. There is also buy-in and buy-out exercise, which you do in the beginning of the workout and at the end. At the end there is also included a cool down.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

BUY-IN: Mountain Climbers 50x

  1. Bridge One Leg Lifts 20/20x
  2. Power Band Walks 20x
  3. Star Crunch 10x alternating
  4. (Hammer Curl + Shoulder Press) 10x
  5. (Deadlift to Lunge Back) 8/8x
  6. Ski Abs 10x
  7. Russian Twists 20x
