Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon

  • ½ cup Frozen/Fresh Blueberries

  • 1 tbsp Maple or Agave nectar or Coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp Grated Ginger

  • 1 dash Himalayan Pink Salt

  • 2 cups Water or Sparkling water

Directions

  • This is delicious antioxidant and anti-inflammatory drink worth of trying. Easy and quick to make. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 min, pour into a nice glass and enjoy the pure liquid health.
