Blueberry Ginger Ale

½ cup Frozen/Fresh Blueberries
1 tbsp Maple or Agave nectar or Coconut sugar
1 tbsp Grated Ginger
1 dash Himalayan Pink Salt
2 cups Water or Sparkling water
