This Booty & Legs workout is straight forward another level. It is super simple but super effective. It is a perfect mix between strength and cardio and added weight will bring the much needed tension to your muscles and force them to grow,

Today we will be focusing on all major muscle groups in our legs and gluteus: Thighs, Hamstrings, Inner Thighs and Booty from different angles. It is a perfect workout to build up your sexy legs and bootylicious butt.

SUPERSET 1:

  1. Goblet Squat 10x
  2. Jump Squats 20x

Rounds: 3

SUPERSET 2:

  1. Back Lunge (L/R) 10x
  2. Jump Lunges 20x

Rounds: 3

SUPERSET 3:

  1. Deadlift 10x
  2. Elevated Bridges 30x

Rounds: 3

SUPERSET 4:

  1. Side Lunges (L/R) 10x
  2. Plie Jump Squats 20x
