Another great workout where your booty and legs will feel the fire and the burn. Today we will do a circuit style of workout with only 3 different exercises with reps. For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, bench or a chair and ankle weights for your burn out at the end.

Now do your 5 min warm up or Booty Activation.

  1. Back Lunge (2x Pulse) + Step Up (10/10x)
  2. Bulgarian Split Squats (10/10)
  3. Side Lunge to Front Lunge (10/10)

Rounds: 3

Burn Out (Ankle Weights):

  1. Straight Leg Kicks
  2. Bend Knee Kicks
  3. Rainbows
  4. Fire Hydrants
  5. Laying Leg Lifts

First do one leg, then go to the other.
