Another great workout where your booty and legs will feel the fire and the burn. Today we will do a circuit style of workout with only 3 different exercises with reps. For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, bench or a chair and ankle weights for your burn out at the end.

- Back Lunge (2x Pulse) + Step Up (10/10x)
- Bulgarian Split Squats (10/10)
- Side Lunge to Front Lunge (10/10)

- Straight Leg Kicks
- Bend Knee Kicks
- Rainbows
- Fire Hydrants
- Laying Leg Lifts
First do one leg, then go to the other.
