Cardio HIIT #1
Here we have new series, which will be focused on cardio drills. The first workout is 10 min HIIT style with Jump rope and Sliders cardio and it wasn’t very easy. You really have to push hard to get the benefits of this workout!
If you don’t have jump rope, you can do High Knees or any other cardio of your choice.
Here is the tutorial for Jump rope.
If you don’t have sliders, you can do regular Mountain Climbers.
Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.
