EDT #5
Welcome to EDT workout #5.
In this workout we are focusing on our lower body (quads and booty), upper body and a bit of cardio.
In today’s workout we will have 2 exercise combos:
1. Pendulum Lunges
2. Monkey Push up to Squat Jump
We will perform 5 reps for each exercise combo and we will repeat this for 10 rounds in total. It is an intense style of workout, which burns the highest amount of calories, builds muscles and burns fat.
Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

I find it quite gentile in the sense that i could feel my muscels working but I did get completly exosted from it. Very nice!
