Sweat to Shred #20 is another X workout, meaning it is intense! Get ready!
This was an amazing MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) workout and it was harder than i expected to be. Specially my upper body was on FIRE at the end of the workout.
We will have 4 different exercises and 1 exercise, which will be done after each previous one. You will need a KettleBell and 2 pairs of Dumbbells (one lighter and one medium).

- Around the World Lateral Shoulder Raise to Side Lunge 8x alternating.

- Turkish Get Ups 10x alternating or 5/5x

- (Hovering Scissors 2x + to Narrow Chest Press) 10x
