Sweat to Shred #20

Sweat to Shred #20 is another X workout, meaning it is intense! Get ready!

This was an amazing MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) workout and it was harder than i expected to be. Specially my upper body was on FIRE at the end of the workout.

We will have 4 different exercises and 1 exercise, which will be done after each previous one. You will need a KettleBell and 2 pairs of Dumbbells (one lighter and one medium).

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

  1. (KetlleBell Swing 3x + Shoulder Press)1st round (3x), 2nd round (2x), 3rd round 1x
  2. Burpees 3x
  3. Around the World Lateral Shoulder Raise to Side Lunge 8x alternating.
  4. Burpees 3x
  5. Turkish Get Ups 10x alternating or 5/5x
  6. Burpess 3x
  7. (Hovering Scissors 2x + to Narrow Chest Press) 10x
  8. Burpees 3x
