Sweat to Shred #22

Sweat to Shred #22 is all about sliders and we are hitting our entire body with 4 different exercises.
The workout is 18 min long with two intervals, 15/45 and we will repeat the entire workout for 3 rounds in total. If you can, add another one.

For this workout you will need sliders and pair of dumbbells. I am using 4.5kg x2 (10lbs x2).

P.S. This workout was extremely challenging for me, simply because it was my first one after 10 days of a complete break from exercising. I was recovering from covid, which hit me hard for the first 4 days. The rest of the days i was simply putting myself back together. Please go with your own pace and push harder than me. I simply did my best.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Slide Back Lunge (left)
  2. Slide Back Lunge (right)
  3. Push up + Toe Touch
  4. Slide Side Lunge (left)
  5. Slide Side Lunge (right)
  6. 2x Slide Mountain Climber + Pike Up

ROUND: 3 (You can do more if you wish)

Calories burned: 125 kcal

Workout Style: HIIT, 15/45 x 6, 3 rounds

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Heavier Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs/ 4.5kg each)
  • Sliders
