Suspension Straps – Cardio & Strength #1

Welcome to the first workout of the series Suspension Straps – Cardio & Strength for Intermediate level. Here i am using Suspension Straps from TRX and it is a wonderful piece of equipment, which you can add to your home fitness collection and let me tell you, it has changed my workout game. This suspension trainer brings your fitness to another level, specially if you would like to develop your upper body. At least for me it is very intense.

For this series i am focusing on Full Body workouts with different styles every single time. All of the workouts will be a mix of cardio and strength but in majority there is a big focus on building our strength.

So, let’s start with #1.

Warm up

Workout Breakdown:

SS (Suspension Straps)

  1. SS – Forward leaning sprints
  2. SS – Back Rows
  3. SS – Jump Squats
  4. SS- Knee Tuck + Push Up

Workout Style: HIIT

Timer: 15/45 / 4 rounds

Equipment Needed: 

  • Suspension Trainer/Straps
  • Exercise Mat

Cool down & Stretching
