WOW! Pure FIRE with cardio exercises!
This workout reminds me of my old time HIIT exercises I was doing a lot in my older videos. It was an amazing 5 min AMRAP with 3 different moves, which will leave your sweaty and breathless!

For this 5 min you will need only an exercise mat and a lot of energy! Make sure you are modifying the moves if you find them too challenging or advanced. I always show you easier variation in the beginning of the video.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

1. Competition Burpee 10x
2. Ski Abs 2x + Plank to Squat Jump = 5 sets
3. Wide Mountain Climbers 10x
