In today’s workout we will take things slow and we will put the focus on our gluteus, core and back. We will work on our mobility and flexibility through some amazing exercises. They will work as a toning exercises as well. This routine is a low impact, gentle routine.
Remember this is your active rest day and do those exercises in a slow and relaxing pace.
