Kettlebell Swing

In this week we will learn how to do a swing with an amazing KettleBell. And your daily homework for the next 7 days will be: 30 KettleBells Swings every day.

You can do them after your warm up before the actual workout. Or you can do them after the workout is done. Just make sure you will complete all 30 reps in a day.

KettleBell swings will work on your booty, your hamstrings, your lower back and abs. If you want to strengthen them, make sure you are doing them often.
