6 Weeks SWEAT TO SHRED program is an intense workout program for intermediate and advanced fitness levels, which can be done in the comfort of your own home or in the gym. 

If you are looking for toned, strong, lean and athletic body, from head to toe, then this program is for you. We will be working hard for 6 days a week with 1 day off as your recovery day.

Main Sweat to Shred Workouts and Booty & Legs workouts on average last about 20-25 min. Other workouts are faster and are around 10-15 min.

In the program schedule there is 1 Warm up and 1 Cool Down & Stretching video as well. I strongly recommend doing warm up before your workout. Your body and your muscles will get some proper activation before the main workout and this is important to prevent possible injuries and muscle strains. At the end of the workout, please do a light stretching.

All of the workouts are explained and demonstrated with follow along videos, which show the proper forms and modifications for each exercise. If some of the exercises are too challenging for now, please modify them to your own fitness level.

Since this program can be done in the gym or at home, you will need specific equipment such as:

  • Set of lighter and heavier weights/dumbbells
  • Booty Bands
  • Sliders (optional)
  • Ankle Weights
  • Stability Ball (optional)
  • Bench or Chair or Box
