Triple Berry Smoothie

Antioxidant booster!


  • ½ cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp Moringa powder

  • 1 tsp Ground mix of Flex seeds and Chia seeds

  • ½ Freshly squeezed lemon

  • 1 cup Almond milk (or any other plant based milk)

  • 1 cup Water


  • Simply blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy! You can also add little bit of ice for extra freshness.

    This smoothie is full important antioxidants, which come from berries, and full of essential fatty acids, which come from hemp, flex and chia seeds.

    You can enjoy it as your post-workout meal, snack or just as a refresher.
    You can keep your smoothie in your fridge for up to 3 days, though they’re best when fresh.
