Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut

Directions

  • Place almonds in food processor and pulse till you get flour.
  • Place the flour into a bowl, add maple syrup and oil and mix well using your hand, pressing firmly. You can also add half a teaspoon of lemon juice to break the sweetness. Form 6 balls.
  • Roll the energy balls in coconut.
  • For addition protein kick, add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.

  • The batch is for 6 balls.
