Almond Lemon Bites
1 cup Almond flour
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- Place almonds in food processor and pulse till you get flour.
- Place the flour into a bowl, add maple syrup and oil and mix well using your hand, pressing firmly. You can also add half a teaspoon of lemon juice to break the sweetness. Form 6 balls.
- Roll the energy balls in coconut.
- For addition protein kick, add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
- The batch is for 6 balls.
