Perfect start of your day. Delicious breakfast or snack time.

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen red berries

  • 1 small banana (frozen)

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder

Directions

  • Place frozen berries and banana in a high-speed blender or food processor and blitz on low for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the milk and protein powder, and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency. Add more milk if necessary, to reach desired consistency.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and top with favorite toppings.

Thank you for the encouragement, how with this bowl amazing… would you encourage before eating, working out? I have started intermittent fasting for 16 to 18 hours.? At least 5-6 days a week. This bowl would be amazing after a workout? Are there more recipes regarding this type of bowl? I’m so sorry for being so long winded. Just excited of this new road. I’m traveling on combining my health and mind.
