Brown Lentil Salad with Veggies
1 cup Brown Lentils (canned or cooked)
½ Green Lettuce
½ cup Broccoli
10 Black Olives
5 Fresh Mushrooms
1 dash Turmeric
1 dash Himalayan Pink Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
1 tsp Herbs
- Cut all the vegetables bite-sized. Steam the broccoli until tender. Cook brown lentils until soft or use lentils in a can. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy this super easy, fast and delicious Brown Lentil Salad. Super refreshing and full of nutrients.
