½ Avocado
1 Tomato
½ Red onion
½ Lemon juice
2 dashes Pink Himalayan Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
Directions
- Cut 1/2 of avocado and tomato into small cubes and onion into half rings. Put them into a salad bowl.
- Add freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and black pepper. Stir well and enjoy this super delicious salad with a slice of brown bread.
