Fruity Oatmeal

Start your day with this delicious meal.


  • ½ cup Oats

  • 1 cup Plant based milk

  • 1 Banana

  • ½ cup Mixed Berries

  • ½ tsp Peanut Butter

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 tbsp Protein Powder

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes

  • 1 dash Cinnamon

  • 1 dash Himalayan Salt


  • In a saucepan heat oats and plant-based milk, add a dash of Himalayan salt for extra flavor. Mix it until oats start to get thicker. If you are using fast cooking oats, the cooking process will be done very fast. If you are using steel cut oats you might need them to cook for a longer time. Cook them until they are soft enough to eat.

    After the oats are cooked transfer them into a bowl and add all the other ingredients. At the end top it with a dash of delicious cinnamon.
