Ginger & Spinach Smoothie
Ginger in the smoothie will add a nice spicy kick!
1 ½ cups Spinach (frozen or fresh)
1 cup Coconut Water
1 tbsp Ginger (peeled and chopped)
¼ tbsp Turmeric Powder
½ Cucumber (with the peel)
½ Lime Juice
1 tbsp Maca powder
Add water as needed for consistency your like
- Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add more water to get consistency you like. If you will find flavor of Maca powder to strong, next time use it less.
