Ingredients

  • ½ Avocado

  • 1 Tomato

  • ½ Red onion

  • ½ Lemon juice

  • 2 dashes Pink Himalayan Salt

  • 1 dash Black Pepper

Directions

  • Cut 1/2 of avocado and tomato into small cubes and onion into half rings. Put them into a salad bowl.
  • Add freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and black pepper. Stir well and enjoy this super delicious salad with a slice of brown bread.
