Ingredients

  • 100 g Firm tofu (plain, smoked, with herbs)

  • 5 Mushrooms

  • ½ Onion

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic

  • 1 Tomato

  • ½ tsp Turmeric

  • 1 dash Himalayan Salt

  • 1 dash Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Black Salt (eggy taste)

  • 1 tsp Herbs (Oregano, Basil, Thyme)

  • 1 tbsp Mixed Seeds

Directions

  • Cut onion and garlic and sauté it on the frying pan. Add mushrooms and tomatoes. With fingers crumble the tofu block and mix it with the sautéed vegetables. Add turmeric, salt, black salt and black pepper. At the end add your herbs.

    Enjoy this scrumptious scramble with toasted brown bread with vegan butter on the top.
