Suspension Straps – Cardio & Strength #7

Suspension Straps workout #7 is a fun one. It is a 15 min HIIT style and today I am adding few body weight exercises as well. (In case you don’t have a TRX you can still do this workout ).

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. 2x Jump Squat + 2x Jump Lunges with SS
  2. Side Plank Dip + Knee Tuck (left) (Body weight)
  3. Side Plank Dip + Knee Tuck (right) (Body weight)
  4. Wide grip Back Row with SS
  5. Laying Crab Toe Touches (Body weight)

Workout Style: HIIT

Timer: 15/45 x 3 rounds

Equipment Needed: 

  • Suspension Straps (TRX)
  • Exercise Mat

Cool Down & Stretching
