Sweat to Shred #6

Another hard core workout for intermediates and advanced trainees. This workout will challenge you for sure.

We have 20 min of this amazing routine and 4 sections. Each section is 5 min AMRAP, which means you will repeat the same set of exercises for 5 min and do as many rounds/reps as you can inside those 5 min. For this workout you will need a chair, pair of dumbbells and a stability ball.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Starts at: 2:25

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Side Chair Step Up + Plank Jump + Back Lunge (5 min AMRAP)
  2. Mountain Climbers 10x + Dynamic Push Up (5 min AMRAP)
  3. Side V-Abs 15/15 (5 min AMRAP)
  4. Superman 5x + Stability Ball Crunches 10x + Back Rows 10x (5 min AMRAP)

Workout Style: AMRAP

Pair this workout with: Abs on Fire #1

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Lighter Dumbbells (I am using 6 Lbs)
  • Exercise Mat

    1. This one is insane! I was struggling as well, as you could see hahahhaha. But i got to keep it real cos otherwise what’s the point, right? I train with you anyway and i struggle LOL Glad you like this format. It’s fun!
