Upper Body & Abs #9

Today we have 2 parts. First part is focused on our upper body where we have 5 different exercises. And second part, where we will do 4 exercises.

This workout is a little bit longer, so if you are tight with time, you can do only Upper body part. But i recommend of course that you do both parts.

Workout Breakdown:

PART 1: Upper Body

  1. Preacher Curl to All Around the World
  2. Seated Punches (4x) to Laying Pull Over
  3. Bent Over Row to Clean and Twist Press (L)
  4. Bent Over Row to Clean and Twist Press (R)
  5. Bear Plank to Push up to Donkey Jump
  6. Rear Flies to Front Shoulder Raise to Side Shoulder Raise

Timer: 10/50  x 4 Rounds

PART 2: Abs

  1. Flutters (10x) + Dead Push Ups (3x) = 5 sets
  2. Double Crunches 10x
  3. Dead Bugs 20x
  4. Slider Pike Ups 10x

3 Rounds in total

Workout Style: Timer, Time Challenge

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 3 kg/6.6lbs each)
  • Slider
  • Exercise Mat
