Upper Body & Abs #9
Today we have 2 parts. First part is focused on our upper body where we have 5 different exercises. And second part, where we will do 4 exercises.
This workout is a little bit longer, so if you are tight with time, you can do only Upper body part. But i recommend of course that you do both parts.

Workout Breakdown:
PART 1: Upper Body
- Preacher Curl to All Around the World
- Seated Punches (4x) to Laying Pull Over
- Bent Over Row to Clean and Twist Press (L)
- Bent Over Row to Clean and Twist Press (R)
- Bear Plank to Push up to Donkey Jump
- Rear Flies to Front Shoulder Raise to Side Shoulder Raise
Timer: 10/50 x 4 Rounds
PART 2: Abs
- Flutters (10x) + Dead Push Ups (3x) = 5 sets
- Double Crunches 10x
- Dead Bugs 20x
- Slider Pike Ups 10x
3 Rounds in total
Workout Style: Timer, Time Challenge
Equipment Needed:
- Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 3 kg/6.6lbs each)
- Slider
- Exercise Mat


Od začetka je delovalo bolj lahko vendar je kar naporna vadba.. Je pa zelo ucinkovita

It was intense for sure …. but well done!
