  4. Seated Forward Fold + Seated Twist
  5. Thoracic Bridge Stretch
  6. Figure 4 Glute Stretch + Extended Leg Stretch
  7. Cobra + UpDog + Bow + Tiger Shoulder Stretch
  8. Cat & Cow to Thread the Needle
  9. Inner Thigh Stretch to Diamond Stretch
  10. Easy Back Bend Stretch
  11. Seated Side Stretch with Upper Body Simple Stretches
