Abs On Fire #1

Welcome to the first workout of the series Abs On Fire. In this Series you will focus on your entire core and you will discover different fun exercises, which will strengthen your internal core (TVA), your 6-pack abs, side abs (obliques) and your lower back. You can do those abs workouts on top of your normal workout routine or as a separate video on its own.

Remember one thing: We can not spot reduce fat loss. Meaning we can not get shredded abs only by doing countless ab workouts, but we can surely strengthen them. You will lose fat eventually by doing Full body workouts and maintaining your healthy dietary choices, which are carefully designed for your body (calculated BMR and TDEE).

In today’s workout Abs On Fire #1 we will focus on our lower abs and obliques, which are on our side of the core. For this workout you will need one dumbbell and an exercise mat. The workout is structured as HIIT style, with a timer of 15 seconds of your rest and 45 seconds of your maximum effort.

  2. Slow Side V-Abs (Right)
  3. Slow Side V-Abs (Left)
  4. Bear Hold Plank
  5. Scissors
  6. Reptile Knee Tucks
  7. Russian Twists
  8. Slow Leg Drop
  9. Plank Knee-In Hold (Right)
  10. Plank Knee-In Hold (Left)

Timer: 15/45

Rounds: 1-2

Workout Style: HIIT

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs; 4,5kg)
  • Exercise Mat
