This is your Burnout video, which you can do at the end of any other workout. Those mini workouts are meant for you to squeeze the last energy out of your system (if your previous workout felt a bit easy).
Or you can simply do this workouts on your active rest days and maintain your current physique. They can be done when you really don’t have time for a longer workout and you just want to move your body a bit.
