Danasnji 7-minutni trening je osredotocen na celotno telo. Na voljo imamo samo 7 min in 4 razlicne vaje. To je krozni trening s ponovitvami. Ko koncami prvi krog, gremo takoj v drugega in tako dalje, dokler ne pretece vseh 7 minut.

Za ta trening ne potrebujes nobene opreme.

Najprej se ogrej.

TRENING:

  1. Pocep + izpadni korak nazaj 10x
  2. Hoja po rokah + Geko 5x
  3. Poskok z obratom 180 stopinj in dotik tal 10x
  4. Pohodniki 20x

This is your full body 7 min AMRAP beach workout. For this workout you will need only a towel and your body. You can do this as your burn out or a full length workout, just repeat this routine for 2-3x more.
