Beginner – Full Body Strength #9

Today we will get to know another 6 different exercises for our entire body. We are focusing on our strength but this time i added one exercise where there is a slight jump. If you still don’t feel comfortable doing jumps, you can always do just a regular squat. Always listen to your body no matter what.

Buy-in: Forward and Backward Lunges 10/10x

  1. Bird Dog 10x alternating
  2. Side Jump Lunges 20x
  3. Modified Clams 10x
  4. Seated Triceps Extensions 10x
  5. Jump Squat + Side Leg Lift 20x
  6. Bicycle Abs 20x

  • Pair of Lighter Dumbbells (I am using 6 Lbs)
  • Pair of Medium Dumbbells
  • Exercise Mat
