Sweat to Shred #21 is another X workout, meaning it is intense! Get ready!

This was an amazing full body workout and it was harder than i expected to be, especially the first exercise was brutal.

We will have 4 different exercises and a lot of interesting and dynamic movements. I paired a lot of simple exercises together in one exercise. This makes this workout super challenging and fun.

For this workout you will need Dumbbell, Booty Band and an exercise mat.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. 3x Mountain Climbers + Weighted Side Rotation + One Leg Push Up (10 sets)
  2. Side Lunge + Half Burpee Jump + Biceps Curl (5 sets each side)
  3. 2x Booty Band Side Squat Walk + Jump Squat (20 sets)
  4. 3 Ways Abs (V-abs + Knee Hug + Straddle) (10 sets)
