Upper Body & Abs #2

Today’s workout is a time challenge and you will repeat this routine for 2 rounds in total. We are focusing on our upper body and abs and it is a great routine to strengthen our shoulders, back and chest. Our abs will be on fire as well.

Upper Body Warm Up &  Activation

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Side V-ups 10x – left
  2. Side V-ups 10x – right
  3. (Lateral Shoulder Raise 3x + Push ups 3x) 4x
  4. Bicycle Abs 40x
  5. (Plank Rows 4x + Standing Back Rows 4x) 4x
  6. (Laying Triceps Push Ups 3x + Knee hugs 3x) 4x – left
  7. (Laying Triceps Push Ups 3x + Knee hugs 3x) 4x – right
  8. Slow Mountain Climbers 16x
