This Body Power workout can be rated with an X. When i wrote it down on the paper I said ok this one is a good one and it doesn’t look so hard. But once I tested it, I saw it can be rated with an X and it goes straight to the advanced section. It is that good. And you will not need any equipment for it. So, it’s perfect to do it outdoors or when you are on a vacation.

Today we will do 16 min HIIT style workout with 4 different exercises, where each exercise will be performed for 4 minutes with 2 intervals: 10/30 for 6 rounds. Sounds complicated? I promise it is not.

What i can also promise is that you will be exhausted by the end of this workout. Today is a day after the workout and i honestly feel my inner thighs and my back muscles. So, for sure it was intense.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.
