Suspension Straps – Cardio & Strength #2

This full body suspension workout is another one, which will challenge you. We will discover 4 new exercises for the whole body, for 3 rounds in total. We will focus on our strength mostly, but i am adding up a cardio move as well. At the end don’t forget to do a stretching routine on those straps, which will make you feel amazing.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. SS -Skaters 20x
  2. SS -Push Chest Press 10x
  3. SS – Lunge Back + Knee Up 15/15x
  4. SS – One Arm Row 10/10x
