Body Power #4

Full body workout with no equipment required. Today we are doing 4 different exercises and this workout will be a time challenge with reps. We will do a circuit style workout with 4 rounds in total

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Back Lunge + Touch Down Squat Jump 10x
  2. Side Step Push Up 10x
  3. Reverse Burpee 10x
  4. (Heel Touches 4x + Bicycle Abs 4x) 10x

4 rounds for time
