Full body workout with no equipment required. Today we are doing 4 different exercises and this workout will be a time challenge with reps. We will do a circuit style workout with 4 rounds in total

- Side Step Push Up 10x
- Reverse Burpee 10x
- (Heel Touches 4x + Bicycle Abs 4x) 10x
