20 min AMRAP with Suspension Straps (SS). Oh boy, you know it will be intense.

We have 4 different exercises, 3 with SS and 1 bodyweight. And we are focusing on the whole body as always.

  2. Up & Down Plank (without SS) 10x
  3. Side Jump Lunges 20x
  4. Side to Side Crunches 10x
