EDT #2
Welcome to EDT workout #2.
In this workout we are focusing on our core and cardio. It is an amazing workout when you don’t have much time, but trust me, it will hit the areas we are working on today. My abs are so sore even 2 days after this workout.
Escalating Density Training (EDT) was first formulated by Charles Staley and has been adopted by fitness professionals and athletes around the world as a means to build muscle and burn fat. The EDT workout is an efficient program designed to use major, multi-joint movements and exercises that require compound movement.
In today’s workout we will have 2 exercises:
1. Jack Burpee
2. Clam Abs
We will perform 5 and 10 reps reps for specific exercise and we will repeat this for 12 min in total. It is a AMRAP style of workout, which burns the highest amount of calories, builds muscles and burns fat.
I did in total 9 rounds of today’s workout.
Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

really good exercise. I am a bit out of shape, so I just could not do it without at least 15 sec pause between 🙁
Yes, taking a bit of rest is also ok. I hope you marked your time or rounds for this workout, so next time you can be better or faster, or without a break.
