Booty & Legs #4

Booty & Legs #4 is a 300 reps workout, focused entirely on your booty. This workout is really amazing and i dare you to try it out. I chose only the best booty builder exercises like elevated bridges, side walks, goblet squats and elevated lunges. They will fire up the sleepy gluteus for sure.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Lower Body Activation & Warm Up

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Elevated Bridges with Booty Band 50x
  2. Side Squat walk with Booty Band 50x
  3. Goblet Squat 50x
  4. Elevated Lunges – left 50x
  5. Elevated Lunges – right 50x
  6. One Leg Bridge lifts – left 25x
  7. One Leg Bridge lifts – right 25x

Pair this Workout with: Cardio HIIT #1

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 Lbs each)
  • Booty Band
  • Chair or a Box
  • Exercise Mat

  1. really good exercise maya. thx. having some difficultis with balance on langues but i guees it is just a question of mastering it 😉

    1. Hey Tanja, yes this one is cool for booty activation as well, just do less reps. In the beginning, for the elevated lunges, you can also hold on to a chair or a wall for balance. Try to focus on one point in front of you and keep your core tight. This should help you with the balance. And the more you practice the better you get. <3 Happy you liked the workout.
