For this short but super intense workout you will need a jump rope, kettlebell and your mat. We have only 3 exercises, with two intervals and 3 rounds in total.
The rest between exercises is very short. So get ready for super intense burn. I was totally exhausted at the end of this workout and i recommend it for you to try it.
