Sweat to Shred #1

Welcome to our first workout of the Sweat & Shred Series. This workout series will be on more advanced side but also beginners can try it.

Today’s workout is focused on targeting our full body with 5 different exercises or combination of exercises. This workout is a Time Challenge, meaning you will have to repeat a circuit of 5 different exercises for 3 rounds in total for time. The fastest times are better but with one very important rule: You have to perform each exercise with a proper form for the entire workout. If you will not pay attention to your form you can easily injure yourself and also workout progress will suffer because you will not engage muscles properly.

    1. OH, tell me about it hahahahha. Those are always innocent and in the middle of the workout, you wish it would be over. Hahahaha Good job <3

  1. The first time I tried this workout it took me 20 min 37 sec.
Today it took me 18 min 44 sec. So i have improved my time for almost 2 minutes. This is great achievement in my speed and strength. Remember it is always quality before quantity or quality before speed with bad form. So every time you go back to this workout mark down your time. Even here, in the comments. <3
