Push Ups

This week’s exercise challenge are Push ups. Every day you will do 30 push ups on top of your daily workout program. If you will chose to do them from your toes, then continue all 30 reps on your toes. You can take a rest between if you need. When you are done, mark down your time.

If you will do push ups from your knees, then do all of them from your knees. If you want to try from your toes, then mark down how many you managed to do from your toes.
