Sweat To Shred #4

Sweat to Shred #4 is super fun and effective workout. It will take your about 20 min but it all depends how fast can you complete each section. I have divided this workout into 3 parts and each part has a unique workout style: HIIT, Time Challenge and Ladder style. For extra fat burn effect you will need a jump rope, KettleBell and pair of Dumbbells. Don’t be afraid to use little bit of equipment because this will only shape up your body faster and you will look toned and sexy.

5 Min Warm Up

Workout Breakdown:

PART 1: 4 min HIIT | TIMER: 10/30

  1. Jump rope
  2. 2x Pulse Squat
  3. Jump rope
  4. Push up to Plank jump in
  5. Jump rope
  6. Floor Burpee

PART 2: TIME CHALLENGE | 3 ROUNDS

  1. KettleBell Swings 20x
  2. Forward Lunge + Dumbbell Twist 10x alt.
  3. 2x Biceps Curl + 2x Squat Jumps

PART 3: LADDER: REPS: 2|4|6|8|10

  1. Kick Through Push Ups
  2. Knee Hugs

Equipment Needed: 

  • KETTLEBELL 12 KG | 26 LBS
  • DUMBBELL (1): 4.5 KG | 10 LBS
  • JUMP ROPE
  • EXERCISE MAT
