Another great session. Full body burn with more focus on upper body and abs.
For this workout you will need pair of medium weights and a jump rope.
We will do 5 different exercises with reps and for 3 rounds in total. If you would like to do more, add another round.

- Low Squat Dumbbell Front Shoulder Raise + Squat Pull Over (10x)
- Jump rope 1 min
- Side Plank Dip to Cross Ankle Push Ups alt. (10x)
- Jump rope 1 min
- Hollow Hold Abs to Weighted Knee Hug (10x)
