Sweat to Shred #24

Another great session. Full body burn with more focus on upper body and abs.

For this workout you will need pair of medium weights and a jump rope.

We will do 5 different exercises with reps and for 3 rounds in total. If you would like to do more, add another round.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Low Squat Dumbbell Front Shoulder Raise + Squat Pull Over (10x)
  2. Jump rope 1 min
  3. Side Plank Dip to Cross Ankle Push Ups alt. (10x)
  4. Jump rope 1 min
  5. Hollow Hold Abs to Weighted Knee Hug (10x)

ROUND: 3 (You can do more if you wish)

  • Pair of Medium to Heavier Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs/ 4.5kg each)
  • Jump Rope
  • Mat
