Upper Body & Abs #8
This session is really amazing. Today’s workout is divided into 2 parts. First part is upper body focused and second is abs focused. All exercises are done with reps. You will need few pieces of equipment and if you don’t have it all, will show you what you can do instead.

PART 1: Upper Body
- Push Press 10x
- Around the World to Biceps Curl 10x
- Elevated Plank Knee Tucks 10x
- Seated Back Rows 10x
- Seated Pull Over 10x
- Triceps Dips 10x

- Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs each and 6 lbs each)

PART 2: Abs
- Stability Ball Crunches
- Slider Crunch + Slider Pike
- Heel Touches
- Bench Crunches
