Sweat to Shred #8

This workout is a full body 20 min AMRAP ladder style workout and it is intense indeed. The structure of this special AMRAP ladder is we start with rep 1 for all of the exercises and we climb up until 20 minutes are done. At the beginning the workout will seem pretty easy but don’t be discouraged too soon. When you reach reps 5 or 6 you will start to feel the real deal of this super fun workout.

I’ve completed 8 rounds or 8 reps for each exercise and i did 2 reps of the first exercises in the 9th round.

For today’s workout you will need a pair of dumbbell and an exercise mat.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Woman Maker
  2. Sky Abs
  3. Competition Burpee
  4. Deadlift to Back Lunge (L|R)

Start with 1 rep for all of the exercises in the first round, continue with 2 reps for each exercises and so on, until 20 minutes is over.

Workout Style: 20 min AMRAP, Ladder

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 4,5kg/10 lbs each)
  • Exercise Mat
