Today’s workout is more on a cardio side but still very good. It is full body workout with almost no equipments. All what you will need is a bench or a chair and stability ball for your Burn Out Exercise as the end.

  1. Jump Lunge (3x) + Step Up = 10x
  2. Plank Bench/Box/Chair Jump + Elevated Leg Lift to Reptile Tuck + Squat Jump to Push up = 6x
  3. V-Up + Roll Over to Dynamic Push up (you can also do a Dead Push Up) 10x
  4. Flutter Kicks 30x
